Dinosaur Books

My son is so fascinated with dinosaurs. That's why whenever we go to the book store, he knows the section where the dinosaur books are displayed. To date, I had bought him 4 dinosaur books. "My First Book of Dinosaurs" is very affordable but the quality is good. It has two pages of free dinosaur stickers.

Here's a little trivia I learned from my son's dinosaur book. Dinosaur in the ancient language of Greek and Latin means "terrible lizard". :)

At first, I find it hard to explain to him that dinosaurs no longer exist and that they ceased to exist millions of years ago. Actually, scientists believed that there was a large meteor that hit the earth which caused volcanic eruptions. The dusts and ashes blotted out the sun for years which brought an end to the lives of these big powerful creatures.
