Have you ever been in this dilemma? You are to attend a party and you realize, that you'd be seeing people there you haven't seen for a while. The last time they saw you, you look healthier compared to how big you have been right now.

Here's another scenario, you are to attend an important celebration and you realized that your favorite dress no longer fits you. So, your goal is to shed those extra pounds as fast as you can.

If you are having a similar dilemma read about diets for quick weight loss and see what works for you. But my utmost advice would be, it's never good to starve yourself because you'll just end up eating more later during the day. Determination and discipline are what it takes to achieve your goal.
