Vitamin C


I make sure that my child eats a healthy balanced diet. He loves to eat but there are times that it's hard to make him eat foods that his body really requires. He does not like vegetables and fruits. I told him that in order for him to not easily get sick, he should eat lots of fruits with Vitamin C.

Good sources of Vitamin C includes citrus fruits such as oranges and mandarin. Citrus fruits are good example of foods that burn fat. Whenever I buy citrus fruits, I also end up eating a good portion of it.
